I called rapid locksmith one late night when I found out my roommate was breaking into my room and stealing some money from me. I was really scared and the locksmith came quickly and gave me suggestions for what I should do. He told me my options and didn't pressure me to choose the most expensive one. He was really honest about the pros and cons of each one. I ended up choosing a high security lock with keys that can not be duplicated at home depot. He had all of the equipment that he needed and was really professional and courteous. It was raining that night and he made sure to clean up and apologized for any mess that he made. I felt really safe with keys that can't be duplicated at the store. When I moved into my new house, I called rapid locksmith to upgrade my locks again. They were still really helpful and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

.It was a Saturday evening and we returned to my mother's home with a car full of groceries.  I was from out-of-town and had to drive back to Columbus.  We discovered the lock was broken, and we were locked out of the house.  The first locksmith I looked up on Angie's List declined to come because he said it was too far.   He provided the number for another locksmith, who informed us he was no longer in the Toledo area.  We checked the Yellow Pages and decided to contact Rapid Locksmith because of the ad claiming to provide quick, emergency 24-hour service.
Yan answered the call and said he would be there in 25-30 minutes.  He called 5 minutes later and said he had to stop for gas so it could be slightly longer.  He arrived as promised and promptly drilled out the old lock, allowing us entry to the home.  Then he provided two options for replacement locks.  I selected one and he quickly installed it.  The entire service call took about an hour.  We were extremely thankful that he was so prompt, and the price was reasonable considering the quick, after-hours response.  If I required a locksmith in the Toledo-area again, I would definitely call Yan!
