They did a super nice job. They did our ac, but we also use them for our furnace. They were professional.

They replaced a part and it has been working fine ever since. I think the initial call was $99, then the part was like $21, and another $30 in labor charges. They guy really knew what he was doing. I thought he was really good. It was a little pricey, but not that bad. I really don't have anything to compare it to. I will call them again in the Fall, when the furnace comes on and have them do an inspection. My furnace is about 13-14 years old and I am not sure I can trust it.

We have a contract wit them and they come out twice a year. It covers both heating and air conditioning. We've never checked on anyone else prices.

We are not really done with them yet because they are going to come back and do some more work for us. They called and let me know when they are coming. We had a mix up on the time and they came right back. They are very responsive. I have recommended them to people too.

I love Pugh. They are real organized. They are on time. They are organized. Their techs are good. They seemed to be ballpark with everybody else on price. Matter of fact, we have an contract with them to come every fall to tune up the furnace, and every spring for the prep of the air conditioner. We handle them when things go wrong, like the blower motor. They are our go to for heating and air.

They were thorough and paid attention to detail. My decision to go with the other company was because they found a potential fire hazard.

I changed service providers because of their service. I only used them twice a year for check-ups on the air conditioner. They need to pay attention to detail and they were prompt.

Their price was a little high. Their punctuality and professionalism were an A+. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We were very impressed with the professionalism of everyone on the Pugh team! From the honest assessment of our existing equipment to the straight answers to our questions regarding available options to the actual installation, Pugh was light years ahead of the competition. They were also less expensive than the two other quotes we received. They did the job on time and on budget with minimal interruption. It's been ten months since the installation but the quality of their work is still evident in the flawless performance of the new heating and cooling system and in every perfect angle and weld on the electrical and plumbing connections in the basement. Even the promised savings on the utility bills came true! We're seeing lower bills each month with more comfortable inside air and the digital thermostat is amazingly accurate. The 12 months same as cash financing offered by Carrier helped us pick the furnace and a/c we wanted. We highly recommend Mark and the team at Pugh Heating. We've heard their radio ads for years but this was the first time we ever had them do any work for us. Based on our experience, we won't hesitate to call on them for any services in the future!

It went great.  They said they would be over at 8 AM and they were.  On the first day they dismantled the old furnace and AC and   hauled it away.  They installed the new furnace and got it running so we could have heat.  The second day they put in the AC unit.  Again they came at 8 AM on the dot. When the AC was done, Dave went over how to use all the new equipment.  They  were polite and answered all our questions.    The wires were hanging and Steve even used brackets so they we neat and contained.  We got a good warranty that even covered labor.  Pugh is open 24 hour a day; 7 days a week.

The technician tested several things and found a that it wasn't getting enough fuel.  He suggested several options and now it runs great and we have consistent heat.
