Last summer I had a problem. I like to be around when they work and told them that up front. Unfortunately they were unable to finish the job by the time I'd told them I had to leave. They promised to come back the next day to finish and never did. They still sent me a bill. I called twice after that and even though I actually talked to someone on the phone, they never sent anyone out to finish the job. I have the feeling that they are not in the Toledo area very often.
