A salesman came up to us pretty much right away. He asked if he could help and talked with us about what we were looking for. He showed us a few items and then let us wander around looking for ourselves. He gave us his card and then checked back with us later. On our second visit, he gave us his cell phone number and offered to come in on his day off if we decided to buy. The purchase went very smoothly and the bed was delivered right on time. The men who brought it were very professional and set it up quickly. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
