+ -1 moreIf you're patient, have good credit, and prepared to have all of your financial records examined very carefully, this company will do exactly what they say....you'll get a good interest rate and little to no closing costs.
Description of Work: My wife and I re-financed a second home with a $220,000 mortgage. We got an excellent rate through Mortgage Marketplace with no closing costs. The lender that they use, Provident Funding, is very fussy about every minor detail and they demand that every little item must be accounted for. Although it took a lot of leg work and emails back and forth the end result was well worth the effort. Doil and George were very professional, caring, and although demanding, ultimately easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone who has all their financial ducks in a row as well as a good credit score.
