Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Jeff the owner helped figure out a system within our budget initially, then he and his crew recently came out to move equipment to basement so our toddlers would not mess with it. Jeff has been great to work with and we plan on having him out again in the future to add to our system his company is fast and efficient with install and cleaned up afterwords you can't even tell our equipment was in living room before. Highly recommend hts and jeff for anyo

Stereo and Home Theater System Service
Update: 29 Jul 13:
Two weeks ago the system redeveloped a small programming bug that occurred previously and was easily and quickly fixed. However, HTS ceased responding to phone calls (and failed to make promised callbacks) and emails requesting service appointments about two weeks ago. My understanding is that HTS has also ceased responding to other customers as well. Consequently, despite their original excellent job, I can't recommend HTS any longer.
Overall, now downgraded from "A" to "D" because although the the original work and cost were excellent, long-term support has disappeared and response to this customer is now nonexistent.

Very responsive to the quote request. Offered a range of hardware alternatives as part of the quote process. Hardware installation took a day, with excellent cleanup and minimal household disruption. Very polite and knowledgeable crew.
Post-installation support was good, starting with routine followup calls in the days after installation to assure satisfaction. There were manufacturer programming updates and tweaks that were required in the weeks following hardware installation as we got deeper into the full capabilities of this complex (to me) system, including adding additional hardware and programming additional functions at my request. No problem. The response was excellent, and some updates and tweaks were accomplished remotely without the need for an in-person service call.
Cost: not the lowest cost, but not the highest either.
A note: for a system of this type that controls multiple functions including speaker zones, two monitors, Apple TV, Roku, internet radio, etc., it's reasonable to expect some post-installation work that involves obscure and detailed programming to get to "just right". James and his crew did a great job, answered all of my questions and fine-tuned the system to my satisfaction.
