Don't use Guitar Center. I ordered a banjo kit for my daughter on 11/24. I called Guitar Center at least 3 times and they finally responded that it would be in my local store on 12/21. Not there. On 12/ 21 (Friday) and 12/24(Monday) I went there to pick it up. Not there. All the staff acted like and quot;It's Christmas and we don't like problems.and quot; I asked for a substitute banjo. They refused. I asked for the order to be cancelled. Here's the real issue - they said they couldn't cancel it until next year. That's some great customer service.
