I pay them annually. I am pleased with their service and I trust them. I would use them again in the future.

Blanchard came out 2 times. The first time they came out I did not know they came until I determined they cut 1 small trunk of 5 that was about 10 feet tall and grew into the yard. I t did not appear they did much else. They did not trim branches that were near the house. I called and complained after I received the bill saying that I was not satisfied with the job they had done. Blanchard said the guy that did the work had finished a big job and must have been tired when he did our tree. Blanchard came out again and I could not tell they had done much more. There were still branches near the house and out into the yard. I cut a nd trimmed the branches myself. I should have done the job myself from the beginning but i thought they were professional and knew more than I did.
