About us

Your Honey-Do List Man, LLC is a One-Manned, service provider; performing various tasks/projects in a very fair and efficient manner. You will deal with Kris Stacks on any and all hired jobs at hand. There are many examples of Sub-contracting such as decks and larger carpentry jobs, demo work, exterior siding and roofing repairs. Most evertything else is done exclusively by myself. This i believe, is when Less is Better. My one on one relationships are priceless and i cherish every one of my customer's. They know they have a very trustworthy and hard-working person in their home. I live on the North end of Portage County so my freeway/turnpike access allows for me to be into Cleveland in less than an hour, into Akron less than an hour, into Strongsville less than an hour, into Solon less than 30 mins. I will provide service and build a relationship with a good customer, just about anywhere!!

Ceramic Tile Repair/Install, Cleaning and Organizing Garage/Attics/Basements are all examples of what i do on a daily basis. Anything else? Just ask, Door/Lock Adjustments, Drywall Repairs/Install, Full Painting Services, Picture/Mirror hanging, Storm/Screen Door Repairs/Installs, Window Glazing/Re-Screens, Window Washing, as i have built many good relationships in all of my years being in construction.

iKrs was extremely responsive. He came to the house on short notice to install the new dryer vent. He returned within a few days to work on a few other tasks. While Kris was at the house, I asked him to shorten a door and install a lock on a storage building. Both of these projects developed after Kris came to do the work we originally discussed. Kris took care of these extra jobs quickly. For a few tasks, Kris has recommended other contractors (i.e. electrician). Kris is very competent, polite, timely and trustworthy. He is definitely a keeper!!

Contractor Kris Stacks visited me 3 times before beginning the work so that he could measure the areas to be renovated, check on exactly what I wanted done, and make suggestions on how we should proceed. These visits were typical of Kris's thoroughness. All through the renovation process he was meticulous and careful. He was punctual and kept me informed as to when he would arrive and how long he would be staying. He was very neat in storing his work materials at my home. He kept areas surrounding his work very clean and always left things in good order at the end of the day. The estimate he initially provided differed only because I added a few extra things for him to do! He was very personable, courteous, and friendly. I was very pleased with the results of his work. Renovation was not a stressful time at all! Kris is a wonderful guy and a superior contractor.

I didn't know how to do it and he did it. He is excellent. Everything about him is excellent. I am hesitated to share his name. I do want him to do business but I don't want him to be so busy that he can't come.
