They did a very nice job.  They were very friendly.

Dale came to the house and provided an estimate for a few projects we were contemplating starting.  He was punctual and very professional to work with.  He offered cost saving alternatives in regards to materials and was very flexible and open minded with our vision.  He was very good at anticipating additional final touches that added to the finished look.  He truly was a joy to work with and talk to.  Much of the coordination was done by my wife but when I became more involved as the project evolved, he was fantastic with me also.
We set a date and payment was to be made in the amount of 1/2 the day before he started when he dropped off all of the materials.  The remainder would be due when the projects was finished.  He was about a week late getting started but that was because he had an emergency repair come up that we were totally flexible with and were not in a rush to get started.  I believe if we were sticklers, he would have been flexible and understanding and would have started on time.
The project lasted exactly as he stated and each day he was very mindful of where he left off so that we were not in unsafe conditions with the kids since these steps are very busy.  It was spotless each day he left and you could barely tell he was working unless you were right there looking at the project with how clean he was.
I was home a few days he was working on the project and Dale was very personal and super friendly.  I enjoyed his company and he never seemed to rush the conversation.  But, I let him work and he created a masterpiece.  We are going to have him come back and put on a front porch next.  Super guy and a great experience!
