During cleaning, one of the hoses leaked, they replaced hose. After they were thru and I later went into room, there is STILL a large 2 ft area that was completely soaked with water!! This is 48 hours later.

I have 2 dogs that like to lay on the stairs and look out the window. The shed and the puppy had a few urinary accidents on the stairs. The team was 10 late but all went well. The technician explains the process got to work right away and my stairs look & smell great.

Very disappointed, while the technicians were very nice, I felt it was a rushed job. My family member had a smaller area cleaned and it took 2 hours. These guys were in and out ( including) set up and clean up in 25min max. Just felt like they were in a hurry to get to the next job. Had multiple high traffic areas that needed extra attention and they lost ok no different than before the came.

I think they do a decent job.  I am getting a pay forward package so I have 3 more services. I really like them but the only thing is that come in and doing the job and pulling a hose and dripping water. I prefer someone that puts booties on their feet and they do not but that does not stop me from using them. When they leave to I have to reclean my floor.

Stanley Steemer did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I believe we paid a slight surcharge to have them come in the evening (as opposed to regular business hours), but that is so much better than expecting one of us to take a day off of work to come babysit them. They were available within a week, they came promptly when scheduled, and did an excellent, thorough job of cleaning our carpets. We have 3 kids, 2 dogs, and a cat, but you couldn't tell when they were done.
We had someone else come a couple months later (sad Groupon story), and though the pricewas much lower, the results weren't nearly as good, they had lousy hours of service, and they won't be coming back to our home. I'd have to be hard pressed to call anyone but Stanley Steemer the next time.

Scheduling of the service was efficient and easy. The workers arrived within the designated time-frame and performed their duties efficiently and professionally. The only thing that seemed to have gone awry was the courtesy call we were to have gotten two days before the appointment; we ended up calling them the day before to confirm that they were coming.

The guys showed up on time and with all the necessary items. They were very careful and we received exactly what we expected. The carpets were cleaned and my wife and I were quite happy with the results.

They did very well. There was only one spot that came back but everything else looked great. They gave good recommendations as well.
