Our 5 axis CNC machines are state of the art. Our cutting simulation software allows us to probe & simulate, check the grinding, before we cut. We specialize reconditioning/resharpening high performance carbide drills, to the manufacturers’ original specific geometry. Our processes are no different than the original manufacturing processes. Performance Point Grinding, uses the highest quality production standards. Everyday Performance Point Grinding journeymen toolmakers, are assisting well known manufacturers and machine shops through out the Midwest meeting their challenges and demands.
