We had two layers of shingles and the original soffit vent from when the house was built. The roof needed replaced and we knew that the venting was not adequate based on ice damning that occurred. Don was not the cheapest however the work and professionalism was far above anyone else we had dealt with. We choose to go with a 30 year shingle which was more money but came with a warranty. He walked us thru the entire process when the quote was provided and contacted us to give an approximate start date. His crew was on time every day and did a great job of cleaning up. Don came by to check on the progress and also do a final inspection. There was a few things he noticed he didn't like (nothing that we noticed) and fixed them himself the very same day.
