It never went. They never showed up or called. I would be fired if I did that at my job.

Operator knew approximated location of septic tank lid from previous work at house under another owner. Was able to clean extremely packed tank (last records show tank being cleaned over 8 years ago) and leave area as in no one was ever there. Very happy with results.
