With any kind of service call they are very unprofessional and are not good about listening to what we were asking them to do. We asked them to adjust our sprinkler heads and he went into describing other things that we needed to do. He also tried to sell me additional services that I did need or want. He then went on to call me a very inappropriate name. He was very rude and overall very disrespectful.

Appointment was scheduled well in advance.  Late (6 pm?) the day before the appointment Magic Rain cancelled the appointment.

I have been using them for almost 20 years and they are terrific.  There are some young fellows that work for the owner and they are very honest and knowledgeable.  The pricing is pretty much right with everyone else.  They charged me for the big sprinkler head that was broken but they didn’t charge me anything to replace the broken mini sprinkler heads.  If you pay in advance they give you a deal.

Contacted them for our annual fall service of the irrigation system. After a few back and forth phone calls was able to schedule them to come out. They arrived as scheduled and performed the work as requested. Closed off supply valves and clearing all lines of water with compressed air to avoid freeze damage.

The interaction went very well. They are very personable and professional. They are also very responsive. We had some sprinkler heads that went bad, and they came out to advise. There were also some damaged lines that they fixed for us. They are courteous, and they do an overall good job. I didn't shop for prices, but I think they're competitive.

They are very prompt, show up every spring and every fall to open up and close down the sprinkler system. They automatically run audit on all the sprinkler heads and let me know if anything needs to be fixed. They also give me price range on the spot.

I am very pleased with the service provided. Since it is such a busy time of year for this type of service, additional crews were forming to meet the peak service calls. That took a couple of days to arrange and determine when the crews would be in my area. But after that, everything went very smoothly. The team arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They even took their shoes off before entering the house.

Very honest. They told me they service their own customers first, and I appreciated that. They were booked through July. They did respond very quickly they just couldn't come out.

Very nice to work with and I've recommended them to friends. Price is per year for the turn off service.
