We have owned our home for over 5 years, and the heat pump is original equipment to the home (>20 years old). We have used E&L heating since we moved in and are members of their annual clean and check  / discount program. The service is fantastic - they remember to call us to schedule our semi-annual system checkups, are always on time, the service personnel are fantastic, interact extremely well and explain technical issues in an understandable way, etc. E&L Heating has saved us thousands by catching problems and extending the life of our heating system. We will one day need to replace our existing system, and I fully intend on calling on E&L Heating to provide that service as well!

I like that they are always on time. I like the friendless of the office staff. They are VERY reliable and always very clean and professional. They will go above and beyond to find the problem and fix or resolve it.
