Dale turned a tiny, barely usable bath in our daughter's room into a large, modern bathroom. He was very easy to work with, provided a written estimate, and had no problem working around elements like the sink and toilet that I didn't see a need to replace. His foreman, Perry, is a cheerful, outgoing guy who does a large part of the construction work himself, and closely supervises any subcontractors that are used. Dale and Perry were always on time, and always a pleasure to deal with. I had obtained 3 other quotes for the work, which ranged from double to nearly triple Dale's estimate, and were obviously based not on the work but on the location and size of my home and their concept of my willingness to overpay.
