No written estimate (my mistake). Work not performed on time. Agreed upon work not completed. Calls not returned. Contractor asked for money in excess of estimate in order to complete job. Safety issues left unaddressed. Contractor advised consumer to not contact him again regarding unresolved issues. Final bill not itemized even though water heater ualifies for federal tax deduction.
