At the time of service, things went well. The final product looked great. However, we noticed some slight cracking a couple of weeks after installation and brought it to the attention of Robert Evans. He said it was normal and that it wasn't a concern. By January, 2009, our driveway and apron were crumbling away. The driveway looks worse now than the 35 year old one we replaced! Robert Evans has not returned the multiple messages we have left on the voice mail for his two phone numbers. We have asked him to call us and to come look at the condition of the driveway to find a resolution. Our neighbor across the street had his driveway/apron replaced by B.I.C. at the same time and has experienced the same crumbling in his drive and lack of response from B.I.C. Looks like lawyers may be in Robert Evans' future.
