Your Cash in The Closet EBAY STORE

We had a lot of problems with them and I even reported them to the Attorney General’s office and I never got a resolution on it. It’s an Ebay seller called Your Cash in The Closet. We had dealing going on with them for an extended period of time. You take your items in and sign a contact with her and she is  supposed to have 6 months to sell your list on Ebay and she gets to keep a little percentage and you get the rest of the money. When she sells something  you were supposed to receive the money with 30 days. At the end of the 6 months you are supposed to be on a month to month basis. If you don’t tell her you want to end the contract it just goes on. We gave a number of items that included a set of China and it had 8 plate settings and then 5 or 6 extra serving pieces like a gravy bowl, creamer, sugar and that kind of thing.  They were also some dolls and a number of other things. I was watching for the Ebay listings to see when she listed it. You can search by her identifying number. So within two months one of the dolls was listed and it was sold. She never notified us, she never paid us until we ended up going to the Attorney General’s office. She never listed any of the other items and when eventually we notified her that we wanted to end and we wanted our items back, she didn’t contact us. We followed up on the Attorney General she did give us the money for the doll and she gave half the China back. She told us that’s all there was and we pointed the contract and said its service for 8 and you only gave us service for 4 she says she’ll have to look for it and let us know. We never heard from her. We never ever got it back and she never answered the Attorney General. At the time we listed the items with her I didn’t find any problems with her but by the time we were finding out we were having problems there were problems listed in the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General site. Same kind of problems, unresponsive, won’t answer, won’t give the money she owns you, won’t give you the items back all that kind of thing. We even sent a letter registered and have the signature that she received it and she still didn’t contact us back  about when we can pick up our stuff and she told the Attorney General that we didn’t call to pick it up and she had said in the contract all the contact has to be in writing, not email of by telephone.  It extended over a year and a half to two years we were dealing with her. On September 2nd of  2014 she sold the doll for $59.99.  The consignment agreement says she was to provide us with our portions with 90 days and a year later we didn’t receive any money. We $37.57 on October 29 2015. She issued a stale check and making excuses that we didn’t come and pick up the check. We had photos of the China.
