You Name It Construction

He was available during evenings and Saturday's which I live close mostly that's why evenings worked, was happy with everything.

My wife and I met Mike at a home improvement store and discussed some work we were needing done. We talked for a while and he gave us his card. I called him a few days later and made an appointment. Since then we have had Mike in our home on at least 5 different occasions to do small jobs we weren't able to do ourselves. Mike does excellent work, at a reasonable price. He is detail conscious and makes sure the work is done like he would have it done in his own home. He has laid laminate flooring, tile floor, installed a interior door and storm door as well as installed lighting in our master bath. And in a moment of waiting for thin set to dry, he managed to repair a small bit of roof damage. I can't recommend Mike enough.

We had the old carpet and tack strip torn out to save some money. Mike came in and had to repair where the last installer had put in hardwood around the doorway to the rooms and then did a beautiful job making sure to vary the boards, and not have the seams aligned. He installed inset floor registers and quarter round around the baseboard beautifully as well. We have never used Mike for installation of hardwood and are soooo pleased that we did this time! I wish we had used him for the whole house! He seems to be able to do about everything well! It is beautiful!

It went great as always. Mike had the bid put together for us to send over for the request to remedy sheet for the realtor and had already picked up the parts needed at Home Depot. He is great to work with and also comes up with ideas that save money. We would easily trust him with the keys to the house. Great company and really good work.

We happened to meet Mike in a new Menard's. Got discussing about work we needed and the fact he was actually working in our neigthborhood. Had Mike come to the house on three separate trips, to complete three separate jobs. Mike's job performance is better than most I have seen, including specialty contractors. His pricing is very reasonable. He gets to the job, works to finish it quickly, but properly. He finishes and cleans up so no one would even know he was here. Would recommend him for most any small job.

Excellent work and always trustworthy and honest. We have used him to help us with many jobs ourselves remodeling in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to call Mike for any job.

Needs another way to communicate other than leaving him message with his wife.
