I have been pleased with Adam, the customer service rep, he?s been very responsive and made sure we are getting good service and made sure of quality and price. Chuck, the manager, has been very conscientious of our needs and also made sure we are happy with their work. Adam Wilcox, our client relationship/sales manager. He listens to my needs or concerns and works conscientiously with the mowing, snow plowing and landscaping teams to give us exceptional service.

Because of the strange weather this season, we started later than we would have wanted to.  However, when we did start they were quick, thorough and extremely  professional.  The supervisor always had a smile on his face, was quick to do any extra little job I asked him to, and truly loved his work and the plants.  We got top notch  specimens and trees and each morning he would go around and check everything they had put in the day before. And the best part is how well they cleaned up each day.  Also, their truck had a cover so that debris wouldn't fly out on the road.  They were not the cheapest bid but well worth the extra cost!

There were a few problems. The lawn mowers put us on 8am at first, too early for us, but adjusted the time slightly when I asked them to. They truly didn't have enough knowledge about cleanup, leaving a lilac bush badly in need of trimming until I pointed it out. Somehow a pile of black walnuts from a tree in our neighbor's lawn was piled up against the house, and the neighbor swears that their children had nothing to do with it. In any case the mowers should have noted it and mentioned it to us.

We have been using Wood to maintain our beds ever since they re-landscaped our yard about 4 years ago. They also put in a patio with a short stone wall which looks really great. We get compliments on our yard many times during the year and the people that come to do the work are always very nice and helpful! We have had a couple of bushes that didn't do well where they planted them, but Wood gave us a guarantee and replaced them with different bushes that will do better there. We couldn't be happier!

We used them in April and we used them again in June. If you call them, they will call you back within a day. The work was immaculate. It was well done. Even though it was more expensive than another awful company I used. I will use the again. You get what you pay for.

I use them all the time and I would continue to use them. They come out every month. In fact, two of my neighbors have started using them after they have done my yard. They charged me $49 for the treatment. Their prices depend on what they are doing. The yard always looks good. So, I do not have any complaints with them.

The workmanship was fantastic. The actual work that they did was very good. Their attention to detail was very good. Everything was very good in the way that the bricks are laid and the way the design goes. My biggest issue was that they had a big communication problem between their sales staff and their on site staff. I think that they got into their busy season between the time we started the project and the time when they actually began the work. I think that they had also lost someone on their sales staff and he was kind of covering several things. We had to constantly clarify with the on site staff on what they were actually supposed to do. In the end, we were very happy with what we got. We would probably look at using them again. I can't tell you how happy we are with the actual work that they did. The actual work that they did is really a big plus. The attention to detail was fabulous and we feel that we would not have got such work from another company.

.Had some initial troubles with scheduling and communications, so if you're on a strict time table then maybe consider other landscapers; however, they were very honest about when they would be able to do it (when I got ahold of them) and understood that I was under a schedule. When we did manage to schedule, they showed up on time and did a great, quick job in oppressive heat.

Good service, prompt and very detail-oriented.

I had dandelions everywhere when I first moved here and I don't have that now. My previous lawn care company would pester you all the time. Wood Landscape does what has to be done, but they don't keep trying to push you to do more things. They keep the lawn looking good but don't pester you all the time with the extra stuff. I found them on Angie's List and I've been very happy with them. I have a contract right here to sign up with them again and I definitely will.

There wasn't anything about them that impressed us one way or another. They did what we asked them to do and that turned out well. The overall experience was good. It wasn't probably as good as another company that we are using, but it was still good. I don't remember about their punctuality as my wife handled most of that. We probably would use them in the future although we are very pleased with the company we ended up with.

They come and they do the work and they don't bug you about other things. They don't charge extra to do the grub work in the fall. They also put turf down where I had a tree removed. The work is great and I really appreciate them. The pricing is very good.

They are fabulous. Two people came out between nine and ten in the morning and did not leave until after three o clock. They did not take a break. They did a very good job with all of the work. I give them all A's for their services.

They did a great job. They were very responsive when I first called for a quote. They showed up when they said they would. They were very flexible about finding things that would work for us and were in our budget. They did everything they said they would. There were some things that they planted that were not doing very well, and they came back to replace them at no charge to us.

The technicians are reliable and mow quickly and thoroughly, are pleasant to work with. I feel the price is too high. I had to ask several times to get the grass mowed the height I wanted it for an organic lawn. For the price I feel that should be more individualized.

Lee Markowsky is the woman I always deal with. She is very easy to work with, and I always like was she suggests. She is great at listening to what I want. It is always quality plants. Price varies depending on the service.

I had used them last year and both times they have done a fantastic job. Excellent work, unobtrusive, cleaned up afterwards. Will use them again.

CHUCK AND HIS TEAM ARE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE. I HAD REQUESTED THAT THEY CALL ME BEFORE A TREATMENT SO I WOULD HAVE A CHANCE TO MOW FIRST. ONE MORNING, THEY STARTED AN APPLICATION, AND I HAD NOT BEEN CALLED, NOR HAD I MOWED YET. I SPOKE WITH CHUCK AND HE SAID TO GO AHEAD AND MOW AND HE WOULD RETREAT FOR FREE LATER IN THE WEEK (I HAVE 5 ACRES OF GRASS). HE ALSO SAVED A SET OF BEAUTIFUL CRAB APPLE TREES THAT HAD BEEN LOSING LEAVES DUE TO APPLE SCAB. OH, AND HIS PRICES ARE A FRACTION OF WHAT OTHERS CHARGE, AND HE GETS MUCH BETTER RESULTS.
