WIN HOME INSPECTION

Lyle was wonderful. Thorough and informative. Wouldn't buy a home without him.

Lyle comes highly reccommended in the Central Ohio Real Estate Industry. I am the office manager at a local realty company, and we constantly refer Lyle to our clients, because he is so thorough. He uses a mix of visual inspections and technology throughout his inspection. He will go in the attic and on the roof if accessible. The process takes around 4 hours (2,500 sq. ft.). Definatley worth the money for a home inspeciton before purchasing your next home.

This is the second time I have used Lyle to inspect a property for me. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with. My wife and I attended both inspections he performed for us and he explained each step as he performed them; what he should find and what he did find. He pointed out the "shortcuts and cost-saving measures" the original home builder made and also applauded them when deserved. He is more than willing to answer any question you may have during the inspection and after the report is completed. His reports are clear and concise and can be used as a basis for routine maintenance of the property. He is straight-forward and does not "sugar-coat" his findings. I feel he is also fair to the property owner, pointing out that some "apparent" deficiencies are just the result of normal wear and tear and are not deficiencies at all.

Lyle was very knowledgeable and responsive. I called him on a Friday and he had the inspection scheduled for the following Monday. He spent a lot of time explaining his findings to us and took his time during the inspection. I would definitely recommend him or have him perform another home inspection.
