Sometime around 9:00pm on a Saturday night, a smoke detector started beeping, and I could not reach it to replace the battery. It beeped all night long. Sunday morning I called multiple electricians. Mark came by Sunday afternoon even though he wasn't sure if he could reach the detector. I had overestimated the height, and he was able to stop the beeping. The next day he came by and replaced the smoke detector with a long life battery. He also educated me on light bulbs. His idea of replacing light bulbs which he did in a closet, rather than installing a new fixture solved the problem.

We called Mark on a Sunday afternoon and set up an appointment for Monday morning Mark was on time as promised he did the troubleshooting and found a bad wall plug . He checked all the breakers to make certain they were all working properly he was very personable polite and very professional the charge was more than reasonable and we are very pleased the the work performed

I was very happy with his work and I enjoyed working with him. Not everyone will think that he was real professional but it was fine with me. He didn't wear a uniform and he had a long ponytail. He was clean and decently dressed.

Our house was built in 1884. We were scheduled to have our attic insulated on a Monday. On the Friday prior, the contractor gave me Marks number who as a favor to the contractor came that evening did the work the next day.
Mark was completely professional and went beyond expectations. He discovered another problem that was not noticeable from the attic view that had to do with the bathroom fan. Although it took him more time, 9 hours, than his original estimate he did not charge for the extra work and supplies.
