He fixed both watches to my satisfaction in a timely fashion and they were done when he said they would be. The price was reasonable for the services performed. I would go back again.

My father's 80th birthday was coming up this August. His father had an old pocket watch which wasn't terribly valuable, but had much sentimental value. My plan was to get my grandfather's watch repaired (it hadn't worked in years) to present to my dad on his 80th. I went to Angie's List and saw the positive reviews for this business, so decided that it would be the place. In mid-June, I went here with the pocket watch. I asked the owner if he could give me a quick estimate (he couldn't), and told him I needed the watch back by August 18 for my dad's birthday. He assured me that was no problem...which is the ONLY reason I left it with him. He told me he would call me with an estimate. After three weeks, I finally called him. He quoted me $240, which seemed kind of steep, but I figured it was OK...for Dad's birthday, fine. After four more weeks, I called again to see if he was making progress. He told me I'd get a call when it was finished. Sadly, my dad's 80th birthday came and went...without the watch. Today (September 5), I went to pick it up. It was untouched; nothing at all had been done to it. When I told him why I wanted it back, he cooly told me that two to three months was his normal lag time. I told him I would have appreciated being told that back in June when I told him I needed it back in two months. I guess this place is probably OK if you really don't care when or if you ever get your timepiece back again.

He was very knowledgeable, fairly priced and did a great job of fixing my watch. I give him all A's and will use him again in the future.

They are very good at what they do. They are excellent and easy to work with. I would use them again in the future to service my clock.

I left the watch and had to follow up twice with no return phone call. A month later I called and went into the store again and the watch was ready. He could not find a part so that is why it took so long but a return call with a status would have been nice. Otherwise, quality of work was excellent.

Great service, and very good price for work performed

Was referred to this repair shop by another repair shop because they didn't have the crystal available. The shop owner also didn't have the crystal, advised it was no longer being produced, and tried alternative sources. Left the watch for 3 weeks and then replaced with a different crystal which did the job. Also replaced the watch battery. Very nice gentleman. Would have liked to have received a callback from him on status but otherwise happy.
