They were Wonderful, they take very good care of their clients and they provide very good service.

Have taken two cats for various services here. They have always been timely, friendly and helpful.

Quickly and with great dignity and sensitivity. VCA has a great service for beloved pets in this condition, it includes not only the careful end of the pets suffering but aftercare in the form of cremation and placement of the pet in a beautiful wood "urn" with a customized plaque with an inscription that the pet owner creates.

Cori Wilson is a wonderful groomer. She is very knowledgeable and treats your pet with a lot of TLC. I have a 12 yr old Shih Tzu that is very anxious at the groomers. He loves Cori and goes right to her now when he is groomed. He has a lot of allergies and skin issues but Cori has helped him with recommending special shampoo that has really improved his skin. I highly recommend her.

They are very professional and friendly. My only criticism is the price- A prescription filled through them is an additional $15 filling fee plus the cost of the medicine.

They are very personable with the animals. Actually, our dog is a rescue. So we were not 100% sure what kind of a dog he was. We were told he was a Shepherd Husky. They didn't immediately re-issue the pills because they didn't trust the way it was weighed and they wanted to come out and see the dog and weigh him because he is a lot smaller than what he should be if he was truly a Shepherd Husky. The fact that the doctor really showed interest and concern and came out to make sure that everything was okay instead of just re-issuing his pills, I thought that was outstanding.

My wife explained what she wanted and VMA did a great job.

I like their availability and they have multiple vets and they know the history of the dog.

We do go to the VCA. They are very good. It's expensive. Every time we have dealt with them it's been professional, they really do take care of the animals. They care about the animals and we had our dogs board there last summer and they were happy. Dr. Beckard is our normal veterinarian there. He is just wonderful. They were really good. They are wonderful and their place is really clean. It's impressive too.

Have been using their medical services and grooming services for 6 months. Very satisfied with all services. Think prices are high but are likely to be comparable with other veterinary hospitals.

This was a very difficult event to go through. Dr. Deals and her assistant did a wonderful job of making the situation tolerable as possible. I cried, my Wife cried, and Dr. Deals cried too. My dog had a very strong will to live, and it took 3 sedatives to get him to pass on. I laid on the floor with him, and tried to calm him as he struggled against the sedatives. Dr. Deals was professional, kind, and compassionate through the whole ordeal. This is the second dog that VMA helped pass on to the "other world". If there is a "doggie heaven" both of these dogs went there.



While I consider VMA on the costly side, their care and compassion for their clients (4 legged and 2 legged) is above reproach. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of pet care.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The wait time was minimal and the facility is clean. They were sensitive to my shy, scared pet and always provided the information that I needed in a clear concise manner.

It went good. I would use them again.

We called to schedule a dental cleaning and they scheduled it very quickly. They explained the entire process over the phone as this was the first time we had our dog's teeth cleaned. When I arrived to dropoff our dog, they again explained the whole process and offered various levels of optional blood testing to ensure it was safe to put our dog under anestetia. They did not try to pressure me into extra services. I opted to do the basic blood panel.
I was promptly called directly by the vet after the procedure and told everything went well. They closely monitored our dog to ensure he woke from anethesia without issue.
Overall, the entire staff was incredibly personable, helpful, and skilled. I very much trust them to care for our dog. His teeth and breath were much improved, and he recovered quickly. The procedure was fairly pricey at $360, but I'm unsure of the going rate for this type of service. I highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I noticed my Sweetpea behaving oddly during urination this morning. I was hoping I was just imagining it, however, her afternoon urination led me to believe she had a Urinary Track Infection.
Sweetpea has become blind since the last time she has been to the vet. I was very worried for her.
I called VCA at 5pm asking if they could fit me in and they said YES! We arrived at 5:15pm, were taken to a room soon after our arrival and we were headed home by 5:35pm!!!
I greatly appreciate Dr. Tod Beckett and his staff for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently!
They continue to exceed expectations!

Our experience with VCA Mill Run Animal Hospital has been great. We went back to them with our new puppy. They have been really good. They are very responsive. I was really worried about our puppy when we first got him. He wasn't eating or drinking and I called them and they got him in that day. They have recommended places for us to go for behavior issues.

They do a good job with the dogs. My dog is elderly, and once she came back she was still perfectly healthy.
