I mentioned that we were interested in interviewing a few real estate agents and that I had received a CMA from Lori, her team member, a few months ago. Susan was very responsive and eager to meet with me. Both Susan and Lori met with me in my home at my convenience. They provided me with a current CMA of our home and the neighborhoods that we're considering. Both Susan and Lori seem to be very knowledgeable and sincere about their work. They have both spent a lot of time answering my many questions. In addition, the commission that they are willing to charge is very reasonable and I can tell from my contact with them that they really do aim to please. I would recommend The Susan Wainfor Advantage Group to anyone who is looking for a top-notch real estate professional.
Description of Work: Susan and Lori presented me with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for our home and for the neighborhood in which we are considering buying a home. They also provided tips on preparing our home for sale and answered all of our questions.
