They didn't performed as the quote and description was ( quote was open and clean each vent but didn't open 75% of them) 50% time they didn't had musk on it. Very unprofessional crews (Ryan, Brandon). I'll never hire them again.

The guys that arrived were courteous, professional, and explained everything that they were going to do. After cleaning, they asked me to have a look at the the work, and I could see a difference as there had been a lot of traffic going inland out for other work that needed to be "erased." The carpet looked fresh and clean. I am going to have them come again to clean 2 upholstered side chairs. I am also going to send some larger wool area rugs to be cleaned at their facility. I'm not needing to use those rugs since I have all carpet at the moment, but I want them to be cleaned so I can store them for perhaps another time when I decide to get wooden floors installed.

They do a fine job. They are reasonable, but their main thing is to sell their products. That is something that kind of irritates me. I won't use again because of their high prices.

I have used Stanley Steamer here in Sacramento for many years and they are GREAT!. The Nevada employees left doubt I would call that actual site again.

Simply Awful.
I called Stanley Steemer and let them know the magnitude of the building and emphasized they would be cleaning about 35,000 square feet of carpeting over 3 stories, and asked them if they in fact are capable of commercial cleaning. They said they were.
The estimator arrived about when he was supposed to walked less than 1/2 of the first floor and decided he need to get his measuring "tool" saying he didn't realize the building was this big.  Yet, he was the person I spoke to on the phone. He said he'd be back in a couple of hours.
He left an estimated for $3000 on my desk.
I called the next morning and actually questioned the estimate.  I told them they are the best estimate and actually think it's too low and am concerned you know what you're getting yourself into. I also verified with them that areas that were going to be cleaned that included 2 restaurants, 2 private dining areas, 1 recreation room, 1 theater and all of the corridors including the secured memory care area.
I was given all kinds of assurances they can do the job, that all of the areas are verified and that I will get 2 trucks and 4 people for the job.  I also made it clear, that this job needs to be completed in 1-day.  No problem was the answer.
They arrived about the time they were supposed to and got less than 25% of the job done that they were enlisted to do. They needed to return the next day. I had a crew of employees on standby, on overtime,  to help move furniture.
The next day, they arrived 1 1/2 hours later than they said they would with only 1/2 the team promised, even though they claim 2 teams were sent, and STILL didn't get the job done. We never did not see 2 trucks in front of our building.
The next day they called to say they were going to be late and arrived 1 hour later than they said they would.
again, they didn't finish the job even though they said they did. We know they didn't because 2 of the remaining areas were occupied the whole time they were here.
Between the Maintenance Director, The Housekeeping Director and myself we do not believe that any chemicals were used in the cleaning at all, despite the claim by the cleaning crew there were.
There was no "fresh" smell around the building expected with clean carpeting and almost none of the stains around the building came out.

They took me big time, several hundred dollars.  I tried to get a-hold of them and along with the work that they were doing.  They cleaned my furniture and it was so poor, I gave it away to my oldest daughter.  They charged me an arm and a leg too.  Oh no, I would have to be out of my mind to ever use them again.

I thought they did a very good job; they were always very thorough.  Their employees have always been really nice people.  I feel like their pricing is very reasonable.

They have never been here longer than 1.5 hours to do the services.

We spent $99 on that work. They were great and did an excellent job and the pricing was good. They came on time and within the window they said they would come.

A few times they have done the upholstered furniture in the living and dining rooms. I have them come in once or twice a year. They are not cheap; they are a little pricey. They have a tendency to push you to get extra things that I don't really want. I would use them again if they gave me a significant discount.
