+ -1 moreI finally received a letter informing me since the impression in the middle of the mattress was not very deep that thought it was not a problem. They just ignored the sides, which bulged out so far that it hurt your legs to sit on the side of the bed. I wrote them a letter asking why they ignored this problem. They would not respond. This mattress is worthless. All I can do is throw it out and get another from a reputable dealer.
Description of Work: My daughter purchased a mattress for my husband for when he came home from the hospital. Within 2 weeks of sleeping on the twin mattress, the sides started bulging out to about 5 inches. This caused a little impression in the middle of the mattress also, but that was not the main problem. I contacted the company. They sent someone out to inspect the mattress. He said it looked like the side supports had broken. I filled out papers and waited. I think they made it complicated so that I would give up, but I was so angry that I didn't.
