They made sure everything was okay and dry. they tested the walls to make sure they were completely dry. Their timeliness and service was good.

They cut a hole in our wall to expose leaking pipe and brought in dehumidifiers to dry the area. That part of their service was done well. However, their services do not include plumbing, so we had to hire a separate plumber to repair the pipe. Nor do their services include repairing the wall that they cut open, so we also needed to hire a separate dry wall contractor to repair the wall. The dry wall contractor they recommended did not show up. They describe their business as "complete services," which is far from accurate.

ServiceMaster Complete was fabulous - staff was right on the ball - even for a Sunday AM call. They arrived with the correct equipment and plenty of it to perform throughout the day and following week to remove water and preserve what could be saved in my Mother-in-Law's home. The employees were professional, pleasant and bent over backwards to please. I am not sure of the price as they also dealt directly with her insurer so that she did not have to contend with the details. Their services were so satisfactory, that we engaged them to do additional work. I will further detail how that goes once complete. I strongly recommend them.

I called a week before and had no problem setting up the appointment on the day and time that was convenient for me. The technician called me about a half hour before they arrived to let me know they were on the way. When they arrived I walked them through what I wanted done and pointed out some problem areas. Paul, the lead technician told me what I could expect and also made a suggestion about repairing a threshold issue. They moved the furniture that I asked them to move and the carpet looked as good as new when they were finished. I was a little concerned about the dampness of the carpet but Paul assured me that it would dry within 24 hours. Most of it was dry that evening before I went to bed. They also did a very thorough job of cleaning the chairs and love seat which was a large part of the expense but I was pleased with the results.

The cleaning was scheduled for a time that both of us were at work. It was prearranged how we would leave the key and payment. When they finished they locked the house just as planned. It was nice to come home to clean carpets!

they did an awesome job and gave me advice on how to get dog spots out of the carpet. very professional and on time. i thot they were alittle pricing since i only had 1000 sq ft home, but i would use them again because of there thorough job.

Servicemaster was called due to water flooding my attached garage and lower level of the house.. The sump pump was not working & had to be replaced (by another company) who mentioned Servicemaster as a possibility to dry out and clean up after a new sump pump was installed. Servicemaster was prompt and professional in their response and gave a detailed estimate. The main reason for not using them is because they would tear out wet drywall, clean up, etc. but I would need to get someone else to restore everything.

TWO MEN ARRIVED ON TIME, MARK AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. MARK WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND FRIENDLY. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS NOT TOLD BEFOREHAND THAT THEY COULD NOT CLEAN OUR AREA RUGS IN THE LIVING AND DINING ROOMS WITHOUT TAKING THEM BACK TO THEIR OFFICE TO DRY, BUT DON'T KNOW WHETHER THAT IS STANDARD. MARK DID SEEM TO DO A GOOD JOB, THOUGH THE PLAYROOM IN THE BASEMENT WHICH WAS DONE BY THE OTHER EMPLOYEE DID NOT SEEM TO BE DONE WELL. IT APPEARED THAT HE ONLY LIFTED UP THE AREA RUG ON TOP OF THE CARPET TO CLEAN AS FAR AS HE COULD REACH, RATHER THAN MOVING IT TO CLEAN UNDERNEATH. THE PRICE SEEMED APPROPRIATE FOR THE AREA CLEANED.

TIM WAS ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS -- HE'S VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED CAPITAL CARPET FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN UNHAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. I HAVE A 5,000+ SQ. FT. HOME WITH A LARGE DOG.
