They took care of the sharpening in a very timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed with how sharp the knifes were when we tested them. I will definitely be taking all of the rest of my knifes to them soon.

Quick service, nice people to work with, and my loppers work great now.

They weren't as busy as usual, you often need to leave your blades there for a week or so because they're so busy. However, when I stopped in today with my everyday carry knife, they were able to sharpen it immediately. They did an amazing job, all the nicks are gone and the blade is razor sharp. Not only that, but the spring in the knife was defunct. I knew the knife wasn't working properly, but I thought that was because the knife was so old. They gave me the spring necessary without charging me for it and advised me that in the future Kershaw will send me a new spring when I need it again. 
The service was amazing and it's good to have my EDC once again sharp and working properly.

I walked into their shop with out an appointment and they waited on me immediately. I told them that I needed them to put my clippers back together again as i had taken them apart to clean them and couldn't get them aligned up correctly. I asked them if they could do it while i waited for them. Their response to me was, and quot;we are pretty busy right now, but I don't think it would take very long to do itand quot;. They were so kind as to do it right then and there. i didn't have to leave them and return back for them later as I had traveled a distance to get it done. I also had them to sharpen the blades while they had them apart. I was so pleased when they were able to do this for me. They always do a good job on everything i've had done in the way of sharpening things. i would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very good at their work and very efficient.
When they did charge me, they didn't include the part of them putting the clippers back together for me.
They just charged me for sharpening them. Their prices are very reasonable. What a great place to deal with.. Kindness and wonderful service.

The staff was very professional and friendly. From my first phone call, to picking up the sharpened knives, River's Edge, was prompt, curteous, and capable. All the knives were sharpened perfectly. In addition, one of the staff was able to help me identify an historic combat knife that had been in my family for a long time.

They did a very good job, they did the job pretty quick I was able to pick them up the next day. Their prices were very fair and I have used them for three years and haev been satisfied every time.

They did a great job. Two out of three times they did it why I waited. They did a very nice job the blades are like new and they are also reasonably priced.

I dropped off 8 kitchen knives that needed sharpening. When I picked them up an hour later, they all had sharp edges and each knife had a cardboard sleeve over the blade for safety.
