The first time we turned on our furnace this year, it blew only cold air. We called Airtron, since we have used this company for years for our routine maintenance and annual service. We waited 3 days for them to even come out, and then they didn't have the required part. They called the next day and said it would be another week, and the total cost would be just under $400.00 (on top of the $81 we already paid to diagnose the problem). Frustrated over the cost and the time-frame we were quoted, we called Mr. Chapman for a second opinion (referred to us by a co-worker/friend). Mr. Chapman came out the same day, was able to get the needed part that day, and repaired our furnace for $199 - 1/2 the cost as the first estimate from Airtron. Mr. Chapman was straightforward, honest,and very responsive! We will be using this company for all our heating/cooling needs going forward!

I couldn't have been more pleased, the work was performed the same day, they were very professional and explained everything to me on how to work the furnace and the DO'S and don't in maintaining it. Due to the furnace that they recommended I have already saved hundreds of dollars on my heating bill. This company also offers a maintenance agreement which makes everything worry free.

Excellent. Understanding the heat crisis, the serviceman came out right a way. Please note that $50 was my deductible for my home owners warranty protection insurance plan.
