RALPH'S REPAIR SERVICE

Ralph and his son, Daniel, are absolutely first-rate and epitomize 'fair work for fair pay' ideal, the only difference being their work is superb and they are both transparent and very reasonable in what they charge. Ralph ran this business for years, and is now transitioning things over to his son Daniel, and OSU Forestry graduate who has worked for both the City of Dublin and State of Ohio before joining/taking over the family business. please to be able to support a local family-operated small business, and cannot recommend them enough.

Ralph Niemann is phenomenal!  I first met Ralph a year or so ago, when the City had damaged my irrigation system while replacing some sidewalks and curbs in front of my house.  When the City representative came out to inspect the damage, he called Ralph on his cell phone, and Ralph was on site to locate and repair the damages within 10 minutes!  He did a great job on that, as well as some additional repairs on the system that were not related to the City damage.  I subsequently had Ralph winterize the irrigation system.

More recently (7/28/2015), I needed to have some work done on the irrigation system at the church where I work (only about a mile from my home), and called Ralph that afternoon, and left a message.  He called me at my home a couple of hours later, and met me at the church as soon as I could get there, to locate damaged and leaking sprinkler heads, several of which were broken off below ground level, thus not being easy to find.  Ralph loves to do this work, and is enthusiastic about locating and fixing this stuff!  And he's super easy and enjoyable to work with!  He also adjusted all the sprinkler heads to optimize water delivery to the plantings.

His responsiveness to my call was above & beyond what one would normally expect.  He did it at my convenience, with enthusiasm, professionalism, and obvious skill.  For all this, I suspect his charge was far less than what I would have paid our previous vendor for these services.  I will continue to contact Ralph for winterization and repairs on both my home irrigation system and the one at the church.

We use him every year in Spring and Fall. He's able to be reached last minute. He is good about updating about when he is available each season. He is just a nice guy and I like to give him business.

We love him and we would highly recommend him. We really like everything about him. He is such a nice guy.

Ralph was on time and was very careful. We ended up using Ralph as a result of a referral from our lawn care company. They subcontracted their irrigation work to Ralph's Repair Service. I will probably elect to work directly with Ralph next season.

He's a good guy. He's very mechanical and really understood the system. He knows the details and explained it well. He was very timely.
