Prime Construction did a great job at the best price of three bids. Jarrett was very easy to work with, communicates well and will fix issues happily.

Any large job will have challenges. Prime Constructions ability to deal with whatever came up was fantastic.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my home. They didn't just replace what I had originally, but improved the setting of the gutters immensely.

I can not say enough good things. I was stressing about hiring a company to do the siding on my house because I had heard so many horror stories. Jonny was wonderful to work with through the whole thing!! Even minor obstacles went smoothly. He always got back to me right away and even finished the porch stain himself that I wasn't loving at first! My house looks beautiful thanks to everyone who did great work! Absolutely recommend them!

Ive used prime for a few different projects and they’ve been wonderful. Always prompt, courteous and get the jobs completed efficiently. They even postponed an appointment they had scheduled so they could compete my work as expected instead of leaving it 80% complete which has happened with previous companies.

Siding looks beautiful -- they did a great job. Amazing customer service. Even knocked on the neighbor's door to make sure they were okay with the construction plans. Made sure everything was okay per German Village/city rules. Nice to work with people who are dedicated to doing the work right and not cutting corners. Dustin was always open to answering all my questions and explaining the siding replacement process and was a pleasure to work with in general.

Was told they would do the work on at least two occasions and they did not show up or call. When they finally did the work they broke part of my Christmas lights which would not have been up if they had showed up when they originally said. They cut several branches from my trees and left a lot of them on my neighbor and they also did not clean up the rest of the mess very well. A piece of the gutter guard was left in a bush and several of the nails that attached the original gutters.

From Brian’s free estimate to installation and then post install follow up, the experience with Prime Construction was stressfree. The gutters were professionally installed and the communication right on.

From initial contact to scheduling an appointment to the repair itself, the entire process went very smoothly. Everyone I talked to and worked with was friendly and professional. Repair was quick and fairly priced. Would definitely call again.

We asked for power washing and painting of our deck, plus board replacement. The crew began applying paint just minutes before a rainstorm started. They had to re-apply the paint a couple of days later. We had to have them return several times as large sections of paint were peeling off, the fill between sections of replaced railing was coming out, and an area of dried paint on a bench was clearly a different shade from the rest of the deck. This company did fix what we asked them to, although they had to leave left over paint with us, as spots of paint continue to peel off, and we will need to do touch-ups. We were told this was to be expected for only a powerwash and paint, rather than a complete scraping and re-staining. We never had this issue of peeling paint with a previous company (now sadly out of business), and never had to have a company return multiple times to fix problematic issues that should have been taken care of in the first place. The end result will work, but I'm wondering how long it will last.

I thought it went very smoothly from beginning to end. Bryan discussed our needs and gave us advice and feedback, he helped me pick out gutters and samples. The crew was very courteous and clean when the project was going on.
