They tell me that they love the dog and they do a good job. They're professional. When I get the special leash to take him to PetSmart, he gets excited and runs to the truck; he obviously likes going.

Horrible, never again. I felt guilty I subjected my dog to that place. Can not remember the exact date. I would have left a review sooner but didn't know I could (wasn't all familiar with Angie's List). Came across this while looking for another groomer and reading reviews.

They did a nice job. They are usually on time and they call me when there is a problem and they listen to what I have to say. They price reasonable and they care about the animals.

They do an outstanding job with shaving my mixed-breed. However, they are inconsistent with how clean they get my dogs, so sometimes they still smell a little “dog-y” after their visit.

I took my cat the the Petsmart vet clinic because they are open later than other vets. They checked her in and she was evaluated by a tech (temp, weight). Then we sat and waited for the vet. The vet came in and looked at her chin, gave a quick diagnosis and a treatment suggestion. My cat was then taken in the back for a chin impression and to have blood drawn. I didn't see the vet from then on, just a vet tech. We were given the blood results right away but I never got the chin impression results. The vet tech gave me the antibiotic and told me what the dosing instructions. She did not sufficiently answer my question about possible negative reactions to look out for, just told me to read the instructions. Then she tried to sell me on their pet insurance. When we checked out we were given a checklist of my cat's health that recommended we have her teeth cleaned, I am assuming that this is because of the chin, but her oral hygiene was not mentioned by the vet or the vet tech. We will be looking for a vet and vet office that seems to take a real interest in our cat.

We have used petsmart for 5 years, but now must find a new place.We have used the Sawmill rd and now the Hilliard Location and have never been treated in such a fashion as we have the last few times we went in. We were charged an extra $12 x 2 for a "specialty dog" fee. They said it was because of the breed and it is company policy and bla bla. but we were never charged the fee untill we started dealing with a few select people at this Hilliard location. Not to mention they never cut the dogs as good as the girl we had at the sawmill rd store, but oh well what more can you expect from a box store.

They are very good at grooming my dog. They are very thorough and caring. She always looks great when they are done with her.

I am happy with Petsmart. My dog always looks beautiful after her appointment. The price is reasonable and their work is great.

The grooming area was busy and crowded at drop-off time, but they took time to get information about our dogs and the services we desired before kenneling our dogs until they got other dogs checked-in. Pick-up was easier as it was not crowded. Our doggies looked great!
