Pet Palace

I have been taking my two dogs to Pet Palace since they were puppies and now they are 9 years old. I have also used Pet Palace for doggie day care and boarding when I go on vacation. The staff s wonderful and always very friendly. I think the pricing is very reasonable especially when you have two dogs.

He got groomed but we also board there. He is a big dog. He is a lab mix. He was a rescue.

He loved it.

Great experience

I really like that they keep daily logs and can tell me how my pets are eating, behaving, etc. My cat has a sensitive stomach and they could tell me if she got ill on any day. upon pickup they provide a short summary of the stay and that is awesome! They had no problem administering the cat's medication. They were pretty accommodating when we had to pick up our pets a day late due to unexpected travel changes.

Pet Palace is great! Online reservations, which make planning easy. And the people who work there truly love the pets. Our dog always comes back happy (and tired).

They're fantastic. My dogs loves this place! They are very happy when we pick them up which is most important to me.

I thought this boarding facility did a good job. I have never boarded my dog so I was nervous. My dog, Murphy, had a good stay and seemed happy when I picked him up. The place was very clean and the workers at the check in desk were friendly.

The staff provided quality pet boarding. My dog stays there 2-3 times a year and we are always pleased. He receives nice accommodations in a very clean facility. Fenway especially loves the play groups!

My experience with them went very well. They're clean, pet-friendly and they seem to care about my dogs. They gave my dog a bath at the end of her stay. I paid $170 for the service.

He seemed happy and well cared for. The facility is bright and clean and has pleasant employees that really like to care for pets. Our flight home was delayed and we picked him up 5 hours later than expected but it was not a problem for them at all.

I had a great experience. My dog, Gucci boarded for the weekend and he did great. The staff was very attentive .

I have 2 little dachshunds and the last visit was to trim their nails. The drummel was giving them trouble and it was hard to finish the second ones nails. When I got home I noticed that one of her feet was missed. I called them and took both dogs back in the next week and they redid both dogs for free.



I have taken my little guys to Pet Palace for at least 10 years. I traveled a lot with my last job and they stayed there for a week at a time. They were treated excellent and were happy and healthy when I picked them up. I forgot their updated shot records one time but was sure they were up to date. It was Sunday and I was on my way out of town so they contacted my vet on Monday to get the updated shot records faxed. They were going to take them to the vet to get their shots updated if needed. My guys love the place and they get so excited when I ask them if they want to go to the "Palace". I would highly recommend Pet Palace for any pet service from boarding, day car, or simply grooming. My little guys love attention and the employees there even know their names.

My pup really seems to like Pet Palace.  The staff are friendly more often than not.  I have encountered some front desk workers that weren't outgoingly friendly but they were not unpleasant either.
I have taken my dog to day care at this Pet Palace location at least five times.  I drop off him off with his food and some toys and blankets.  The staff has no problem with putting a jacket on him during cold weather when he goes outside (he's a 6-pound chihuahua mix).  They also give me a report card of his day, whether he ate, who he played with, how he got along with other dogs,etc.
I enjoy hearing that some staff members stop in and pet him throughout the day.  They don't have to but are able to if their work schedule/duties allows for it.
The only strange part of the experience is that my dog comes hope smelling like cinnamon apple.  It's not unpleasant but it is the scent of the facility that accompanies us home.
A big plus is that there is often a groomer on site.  There have been several times that I've been able to get his nails trimmed while he was there for the day.  It is the same price I'd pay at other places and saves me a trip.  It's a real bonus.
All in all, Pet Palace is great, the staff is friendly, and the rates are reasonable.  I like the fact that they take the dogs outside to do their business (unless the weather is super cold or super rainy).  I'll likely use them for boarding when I go out of town next.

Excellent service. They have a clean facility, low odor, well lit, ample staff and its a good value.
