They did the countertops for my bathroom remodel and a few pieces for my shower remodel. I highly recommend this company. Their service and professionalism cannot be beat their prices are outstanding. They are a wonderful family and business!

My project was delayed and Perotti's was very good about keeping my quartz at their location until it was needed. They were very helpful and friendly.

Frank and his crew showed up when scheduled on time. They were very friendly and professional. They installed counter tops and vanity. The quality of workmanship was perfect. I love my new kitchen and bath. Beautiful job! I would recommend to others.

We had an odd configuration of our granite and it was like a whole ordeal but they were so good about it. They got it all figured out and it was beautiful when they were done. They were on time, very professional, very friendly, talked to you and walked you through what they were doing which I appreciated. They were fantastic. I believe they're family-owned and I like that. Even when we went to look at granites, they gave us a tour, let us look and explained all the differences in all the granites and they were just awesome.

Absolutely perfect. What a great team to work with. Family owned. I have installed quite a bit of granit over the years in my home, vacation condo and now in my son's home. never have i worked with such professional and caring people at every stage of the project. They helped us template and then assured us there would be attention to matching thespattern in the seams. Great planning, you can hardly notice the seam. Beatuiful job.

Soapstone is not very common, and few companies work with it. When we initially contacted Perotta, none of the local stone suppliers they recommended had any slabs in stock. However, they worked with us very hard to find a source with slabs that we liked, and gave us a very reasonable price of around $75/sq. ft.
The installers were very polite and came on time the day they were scheduled. They asked permission before driving through my yard, and took care not to leave ruts. They said they had not done many soapstone installations, but the install was quick and very high quality. They even aligned the veins in the stone along the seams between pieces.
There were some unexpected marks on the stone, because it is softer than granite, but they quickly polished those away and ended up with a very quality finish. The installers were easy to talk to and very willing to work with our specifications on sink hole placement and other minor details.
There was one fault in the installation that was not noticed until after the installers had left. When sliding the counter into place, they had caused a crack in the plastic on the other side of the wall. When I called to report this, it took them a while to call me back, but once I spoke with the owner he was very willing to make right and subtracted the cost of repairs from my bill.
They left the kitchen clean when they finished, although they did leave a bit of a mess on my back porch from dust from some additional cutting they had to do on the stone. They also rearranged some items on our back porch which had been organized, which caused a bit of annoyance.
Overall, the install look gorgeous and our one real complaint they took care of without a fuss. Would use again.

They did work for us just about a year ago. They were good but nothing jumps out to tell you the truth. I think there were some delays or it was a hard time getting hold of them.

It was a very enjoyable process. Perrotta gave us 2 excellent granite firms (IGM and Motts) to visit and pick out our granite. They then came to our house and made measurements. My wife and I met with them at their shop to decide how to cut the granite (edges, sink and range locations, etc). The entire Perrotta family was extremely helpful and friendly. They made excellent recommendations regarding bull nose edging and sizing of the island granite. This is a family owned business and everyone you deal with is family. A great experience and fun too. WE had a non conventional sink to mount and they worked very closely with us to locate the faucet and assure that the granite cutout would look perfect. They even sketched up 2 options and faxed them to us. It turned out great. I highly recommend them based on price, quality, and responsiveness

The price they quoted us was about $2500. They were very responsive in giving us the estimate.

The folks at Perrotta's were a pleasure to work with. I stopped by and told them that I was selling my home and needed to install new countertops and sinks, but did not want to spend a ton of money. They showed me around the boneyard and pointed out numerous slabs to choose from. They came right out on the day we scheduled the install and the countertops look beautiful. Everyone raved about them and the house sold in 16 days. I also plan to use Perrotta to install countertops in my new place.

My husband and I had nothing but an excellent experience with Perotta. We got 5 estimates and Perotta was the cheapest. We did not choose them because they were the cheapest; we chose them after a handyman that we use highly recommended them. Frank and his wife Jacky are a joy to work with and are nothing but accommodating. The crew that installed the granite countertops were professional and friendly. After the installation, we wanted a couple of minor changes made. Frank had his crew to our house the next day. The 2 other reviews I read on Angie's List don't seem possible. Frank, Jacky and the crew are friendly, professional and accommodating. They know their business! Our counter tops look absolutely beautiful!!!

Good for the price. They were much cheaper than other places I looked at. However, they definitely were not very professional. They promised to seal the countertops thoroughly after installing them, and I don't believe they sealed them at all.

It was so easy from start to finish. The hardest part was making a decision.

The first day they were scheduled to install, they discovered they had incorrectly measured, so they had to return to the shop. The second time, they sent two guys - one who was unhappy to discover that the installation was for a home, because he hates to deal with homeowners, and the other guy was on his FIRST day on the job. Besides making a real mess in the house, they also dropped a piece, which broke, didn't read the work order and so didn't bring the right materials, and tried to force the piece in, which loosened the mantel from the wall and caused damage to the wall. Mr Perotta apologized and send another crew out who finished the installation without further incident. There is a chip in the granite, which I told Mr Perotta about but nothing was done. I had to take off work early three days and told Mr Perrotta. After all this, I was surprised to see a bill for the full amount. I will never do business with him again, and will warn friends not to use him.

They did the job and came highly recommended, but I would not recommend them now. They had a break down in communication internally and forgot to have the granite in house and cut to size the day of our install. They didn't come the first day and we had to reschedule. They came and installed the granite the second time, but they forgot a few pieces. They had to come a third time and finished the job. The biggest problem is talking to the owner Frank. He doesn't listen well and gives a tons of excuses and acts like I should work around their schedule. He is not easy to talk too and gets really defensive instead of recognizing the I am the customer and I had to deal with their mistakes. The granite looks good, though the corner radii in the cut out for the under mount sink do not match that of the sink. They did knock off the price of the tear out of the old counter after I suggested it; I had no expectation of compensation if I hadn't of asked. Poor customer care and concern.

BEAUTIFUL CHOICES AND GREAT ADVICE. I HAVE GOTTEN LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS FROM FRIENDS WHO HAVE VISITED.
