We loved them. They were great. Then we had a third occurrence happen while we moved here. We had some work that we really wanted done. So when we called and explained all the information, instead of just simply saying that they weren?t interested in the work or they couldn?t do the work, they just turned unresponsive. That was really disappointing because we?ve used them several times prior and we absolutely loved them, made lots and lots of recommendations. Then the third job we asked them to do they were completely unresponsive. They were responsive when they did our work. After that they weren?t responsive. I would not use their services again in the future.

The work went very well overall. He is excellent and is the only one that I would use. I think he is excellent because he is so honest. There were times when, what I was thinking of wasn't going to work and he has saved me money. He could have charged me and dumped some stuff that wasn't necessary so I feel like I can trust him. He didn't charge me the last time because he said that I didn't need work.

David was extremely professional and kept me in the loop every step of the way by reporting back to me. I couldn't have asked for better service. He tightened a loose connection, explained to the tenant that the drains were not clogged and ordered a part for a toilet that was not flushing properly. I have been looking for a plumber for servicing my rentals and now I have one!

He gave me a cost over the phone and a date to do the work. He showed up on time, completed what turned out to be a little more difficult job than anticipated, and cleaned everything up after finishing the job. He gave me an invoice for the amount quoted on the phone. I was a great experience all around. I will definetly call him again for future plumbing needs.

We have a gas water heater and the pilot would no longer light. We called another plumbing company on a Sunday, spent over a $100 and still did not have a working hot water heater. We had to order the parts from Whirlpool, which took several days to come in. We replaced the thermocouple and thermostat according to the directions sent by Whirlpool, but it would still not work. So we called Patrick, who was referred by a friend. He came out the next day, and had the problem solved in about an hour. Apparently Whirlpool's directions left out a few critical steps. Anytime we have a plumbing problem, day or night, we will call Patrick.
