mm m  ool was a gosh awful mess when I had the company that closed it open it back up a few weeks ago!!!  They left and didn't return after telling me the water was too low and they didn't know when they could come back!  So I checked with a neighbor on who they use and called Kelly!ave never had our pool look as beautiful as it does now!!!!! Sparkling clean, beautiful blue.  They have been back day after day testing and cleaning.

Had this service all summer and they never disappointed!

They came quickly and were prompt. They don't charge too much and are very meticulous.

Did a wonderful job of cleaning the pool and checking the water to make certain more chemicals might be needed to be added.  I have used Pacific for the past 2 years and I don't think you will find anyone better or more qualified to clean inground swimming pools.

Price was what they quoted and they completed in the timeframe promised. I also used them all summer to clean and maintain my pool.  I highly recommend them.

Everything went extremely well. I was very impressed with the professionalism and the price was reasonable for work completed. The service tech was very thorough and I felt like he really went out of his way to make sure he was getting things right. They were very nice and accommodating to the unique circumstances of our pool setup. I would recommend them to anyone that would like a fair and honest service for their pool.

Kelly is amazing! She goes out of her way every time we have called, whether it was to set up an appointment to close or open our pool, or to inquire about other services. If Pacific doesn't provide the service she gives me a list of other companies that she would recommend or at least knew of.

They call back promptly and often will let us know that we can probably fix the issue ourselves.

The staff is always polite, helpful, friendly, and great to work with.

As always Pacific pools is great. They are responsive and easy to work with. The office staff and techs are very friendly. I continue to use them because they are very helpful, quick and always honest about the needs of my pool. I have had them open and close our pool since 2004 and they have replaced or repaired almost every part of our old pool. They have done so quickly and in a cost appropriate way.

As usual Pacific pools was fast and good. Pool closed within days of when I asked and at a great price.

They did an excellent job.

They are excellent, whenever we have concerns they send someone immediately and we will continue to use them.

This is our first pool, so we were pretty clueless what it took to close the Pool last fall and open it this summer. The best part about Pacific Pools is that the staff is really knowledable and patient about explaining what they are doing. The pool is now open and looks great. Our only complaint is that they seem a little pricey, but we don't mind because we feel like we are getting a lot of customized service and attention from them.

They seem to be prompt and they know what they are doing. They do good work.

They have done a great job maintaining the pool this year. The pool has been great. We have a Polaris system and we clean the baskets out every day. It's a good combination.

After having several problems with our hot tub last winter we opted to drain/winterize it and address the problems once spring arrived. The company we were using had gone out of business so we needed to find another reputable company to work with. After checking Angie's List, of course, Pacific Pools responded the fastest, they were clearly extremely knowledgable, and seemed to genuinely want to help us with our problem. Robert, the service person, arrived when he said he would, he was very professional in both dress and demeanor, and was able to diagnose the problem, and remedy, immediately. He disassembled the motor to take back to the shop to work on and had it back to us reinstalled within only a couple of days, much faster than we were anticipating! Once we filled up the hot tub with water and turned on the motor it was working!!! And, no leaks!!! Even though it was a relatively small job and they only had to come out a couple of times what I really appreciated was the professionalism and respect for me and my time that Robert displayed. He always called to say when he was coming over, always cleaned up after himself, and always made sure the gate was secured when he left, much to my puppy's dismay! I'm actually much happier with their service than the other two companies that we had used prior.

It went great. The pool is open and running.

The experience has been a bit of a roller coaster. The sale person led us to believe that the hot tub would be available immediately after the fair when in fact they were placing an order for it to be manufactured in Indiana. When I talked with the manager (David) they did contact the manufacturer and moved it ahead on the production schedule plus gave a store credit to help smooth things over. This hot tub is excellent now that it is here but the specific filter that was supposed to come with it was not in place (only discovered by me and willingly rectified by Pacific pools once I brought it to their attention). They don't do a great job keeping in touch with you or keeping you informed on what is going on but they do answer their phone calls and returns messages in a reasonable period of time. All in all a mixed bag. I do love the masterspa hot tub but the consumer experience has been frustrating at times. For the hire this company again question my answer is maybe.

JOHN SULLIVAN IS A VERY HONEST AND KIND WORKER. HE GAVE US A THOROUGH HONEST DETAILED WRITTEN REPORT ON THE STATUS AND OPERATION OF OUR HOT TUB. WHEN WE EXPRESSED A DESIRE TO SELL IT, HE FREELY GAVE US ADVICE ON HOW TO GO ABOUT SELLING IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

WE BECAME CUSTOMERS THEIR FIRST YEAR UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. THE FIRST YEAR, WE FELT WE PAID TOO MUCH FOR THE REPAIRS. THE OWNER WORKED WITH US AND REDUCED THE COST AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THEY NOW OPEN AND CLOSE OUR POOL EVERY YEAR (THAT'S WHAT THE $500 REFERS TOO, INCLUDING LOTS OF CHEMICALS AND SEVERAL MAJOR CLEANINGS). IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY HAVE LEARNED A LOT AND IMPROVED THEIR SERVICE EACH YEAR. THEY PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DETAILED WORK ORDERS FOR EVERYTHING FROM ROUTINE CLEANING TO MAJOR REPAIR.

THEY ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. I USED THEM A FEW YEARS AGO AND I LEFT THEM. I CAME BACK TO THEM AND THEY ARE MUCH BETTER NOW. THEY SEEM TO HAVE TECHNICIANS THAT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT'S A HUSBAND AND WIFE WHO OWN IT NOW AND THEY ARE GREAT!
