Everything about our experience with Nimon Collier was very satisfactory.

The project went excellently and was completed pretty much on time.  A few weather delays (snow and ice) slowed the project at the end but that was unavoidable.  We were so pleased with this job we now have the company under contract for another, much smaller project. I would recommend Nimon-Collier.  The project came in right on budget except for a few modifications that we decided to make during the process.  All changes were agreed upon in advance with a signed change order.  There were no surprises!

We completely gutted the first floor. We took the first floor down to the studs. Added a second story (700 square feet). The second floor we added two bedrooms and a full bath. We reconfigured the first floor so we could have a gourmet kitchen, master suite, library and powder room. The original entrance was on the side of the house so we moved it to the front of the house. We had a new furnace and duct work installed. As well as, updated plumbing and electric. Kevin and Dave did an outstanding job on the project. The project lasted about 6 months. We appreciated the fact that each day workers were at the house someone from Dave's team was present the entire time. Dave and Kevin made sure that each day the house wasn't a mess. We appreciated his efforts to keep the house clean. The craftsmen that Dave used were superb! We had custom kitchen cabinets and several built-in's made by his master carpenter. He is fantastic to work with and his work is beautiful. The tile work and trim turned out better than we had envisioned. The project from start to finish was done professionally, on time and on budget. Thank you Nimon and Collier!

They made it easier for us. I was expecting a lot of mess and dust but they did a wonderful job. They removed a lot of things before construction, cleaned up very nicely as they worked and thoroughly when they completed. The construction was very good.

We did a remodeling of our kitchen and old home in Bexley, Which was small. It was opened up to addition we'd done 10 years previously.

I can't tell you how satisfying it is to have a Nimon Collier professional come into my home and tackle the list of projects hanging around the house. Their "to do" home services division is just a gift to home owners like me who aren't sure where to turn with a wide range of home repairs. I always start with them when I have a problem, as I'm sure they'll know just what to do to address the problem. If they can't do it, they won't bluff their way thru the repair, but will send you on to a contractor who specializes in specific repairs (e.g. brick repair.) Their construction managers who perform the work are honest, friendly, skilled and very capable. I would let them to any repair in my home. In fact, when they're tackling a job they have found other problems, most recently rotting wood around a window that I hadn't even noticed. Their construction manager, Steve, alerted me to the problem, but never pressured me to perform the repair. When I said that I'd certainly want it fixed, he had the materials in his truck to tackle the work that day. It's always a relief to greet them at my door when they arrive. I know they'll do what I need and do it well.

They were extremely responsive and professional. Everything was very much on schedule also considering the weather challenges. The crew they sent were were excellent. Clean up was very well. They adjusted the plans and did a great job. They were out checking the job frequently. I would definitely recommend them. They were a pleasure to deal with.
