Everything went smoothly. They picked up mower, called with repair estimate, completed work and delivered much faster than I ever expected since it was the busy spring season. Excellent job.

I took advantage of the free pick-up and delivery of my lawn mower, with a winter tune-up. The lawn mower was picked up as scheduled and the work was completed in a timely manner. They called when they were ready to deliver. Because I am often not home during the hours that they deliver (and I was going to have them leave it in a fenced yard), they called back to deliver as soon as the snow melted. They made having the lawnmower served an easy, stress-free process. I've used the mower once since they delivered it and it worked wonderfully.

I reached someone on the first call and arranged for them to pick-up my mower, tune-up the mower, reconnect the key-start mechanism, and deliver the mower back to my house. They returned the mower in the time promised - they stated it would take 7-10 days and did return it in 7 days. The mower is working well now. I do think that $25 to pick up and deliver the mower is expensive, given that they are less than 1.5 miles from my house. Maybe I will walk it over the next time!

Original service was done promptly last December, though I never really understood why the price was higher than expected - I trusted their judgment about parts and repairs that were needed. Replacement mower handle knows were supposed ot be delivered with mower but were not until I called. When I tried to start the mower a few weeks ago for the first time since the service, it would not start. I had to take it to the business two more times before it was finally fixed correctly so that it would run - and then it was running rough for the first two mowings. Further, it was returned dirty - some residue was all over the top and it was supposed to be cleaned so some degree according to the technician. The owner was not apologetic for the service but assured me they tried to fix it properly and offered no consolation or discount for my troubles. I will not return there again.

I had my first machine in their shop the beginning of June. By the beginning of August I still hadn't heard anything from them but my other machine was in serious need of maintenance so I brought it in to their shop. They hadn't even begun to work on the first machine so I took the first and left the second machine with strict instructions to keep me updated on the progress. They NEVER once called. I had to constantly call only to be reassured that the part they needed was on back order. By October machine number 2 needed maintenance again so I took it in only to find that not only did the part for machine 1 NOT come in due to being on "back order", but it did not look like they had done anything else I had asked them to do. They said that they fixed the starter but I didn't believe them. I got fed up and took both machines. I was billed $252 on labor and parts. After getting back to the office I realized that they replaced the throttle cable but it was for the wrong machine, and after one pull the starter broke again. I took the machine that Lawn Equipment Inc. said had a part on back order to another company and they had it replaced after one day. Please do not make the same mistake I did. DO NOT have Lawn Equipment Inc. do any work for you. There is no organization, you won't talk to the same person twice, and they will forget all about you.

THE WARRANTY COMPANY RECOMMENDED 2 DIFFERENT PLACES. THIS ONE WAS QUICKEST SERVICE TIME. THEY PICK IT UP AND RETURNED IT IN 10 DAYS. THEY ALSO DID SOME WORK COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.

TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS AT THE MOST TOOK A MONTH. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND IT WAS DRENCHED IN OIL AND THEY TRIED TO PUT IN MY CAR. I ASKED HIM TO CLEAN IT OFF WHICH HE DID. THE MOWER IS TWO YEARS OLD AND NOW IT RATTLES WHICH IT DID NOT BEFORE. AND WHEN MY HUSBAND DROPPED IT OFF THEY NEVER MARKED OR PROVIDED US WITH A RECEIPT AND SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT LATER.

I DECIDED TO GET MY LAWNMOWER SERVICED EARLY THIS YEAR AS I DID LAST YEAR. I DELIVERED MY MOWER TO THE COMPANY LAST YEAR TO SAVE ON PICKUP CHARGES AND THEY KEPT MY MOWER FOR 5 WEEKS. LAWNMOWERS OHIO PICKED UP MY MOWER FOR FREE (SPECIAL OFFER) AND RETURNED IT WITHIN 48 HOURS. WOW!

NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS LAWNMOWER REPAIR SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME THEYD HAVE IT BACK TO ME IN 5 DAYS. THEY HAVE HAD MY MOWER FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. THEY SAY THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY CANNOT GET AN AIR CLEANER FOR IT, BUT HTEY DIDNT EVEN ORDER IT UNTIL THEY HAD THE MOWER FOR 5 DAYS. GETTING IT PICKED UP FOR SERVICE WAS A PROBLE. I SAID I WOULD BE HOME UNTIL 3 PM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD PICK IT UP IN THE AM. IT WASNT. IN THE AFTERNOON, THEY SAID THE TRUCK WAS ON ITS WAY. IT WAS FINALLY PICKED UP AT 4 PM. THE DELIVERY PERSON SAID HE WAS INSTRUCTED NOT TO PICK IT UP BEFORE 3:30. I HOPE I GET MY MOWER BACK SOME DAY.
