Kathy was wonderful. She came to my Hilliard home and walked through it with me. She provided comparable sales information and we talked about how we would price the house to sell. I also talked with a few other realtors and decided Kathy was the right choice for me.
Kathy came back later to take pictures. She took a lot of pictures, and they turned out great. She selected 25 to put online, and they really showed off my house well. It took 6 weeks to get an offer. The sale price was about what I expected it to be. It was a fair price for the house and location.
It was fun looking for my new home with Kathy. She was very easy to talk to, and gave honest feedback on the houses we saw. She really understood what I was looking for in a new home.
