Dr. Phil is awesome!! Very friendly, great service, great staff. They do a great job and take the time to answer all your questions. My kids feel very safe and comfortable in the office. The ambiance in the office is very family friendly.

We are not patients of Just Smiles on Hilliard Rome Rd.  We just love them...Love Dr Phil.  Great services, friendly, professional, up-to-date technology, and just over all just felt right at home.

I am 45 years old, a nurse, and am a big baby. Dr. Phil filled my cavity with no pain!!! We have been going to Just Smiles for about 6 or so years and have been very happy with them. The staff is very friendly and the environment is geared toward families and kids, but it's not just for kids. I even had my teeth straightened with Invisalign by Dr. Phil. I highly recommend them!!!

I really like that they're a pediatric dentist and they're really gentle. I have dental anxiety but they take care of me and give me less reasons to fear the dentist. They're really good with both kids and adults. I typically wait 5 minutes to be seen when I arrive.

Their quality of work was not up to par.  I had to have a crown done and I wasn’t happy with the work.  I had a temporary crown and I had to go back three times  because it kept falling off.  I couldn't go anywhere else because another dentist would not take me because they had already started the work and I was stuck with them.

He is the best! He is very qualified. He has the highest qualifications and has a wonderful personality. He hires good people. I have been going here for about 7 years now. I have moved 16 times and he is my favorite dentist I've ever had! He was referred to me by my son and daughter-in-law.

They did a checkup and cleaning. They were very friendly and there was no pain while having my teeth cleaned. They said that I needed some fillings repaired and a crown, which I was able to schedule a followup appointment for. I would definitely go back again.

The hygienist did all the cleaning well, careful not to touch my gums which had just had work done. They offered a night guar d and explained its use.

They're super friendly.  It's about 25 miles to get to them.  I've been with them for 4-5 years now.  Dr. Phil he's the lead dentist and he is super friendly.  My wife started using them about a year ago and she said he's awesome.  He asks questions about you.  When we bought a house and we got card in the mail and it was a written card saying congratulations and wishing us well.  It's pretty awesome.

We have been patients of Dr. Pap's for two years. He is absolutely fabulous. They specialize in making you feel calm and totally pain free. They are very gentle and caring. If you have an emergency they will see you the same day.

I had not been to the dentist in 2 years. The staff was very friendly and responsive. They evaluated me and have given me recommendations for further work. I will return for more services.

It went very well and the hygienist was very friendly and knew what she was talking and the best part was when I had a filling for a cavity doctor called in the evening to check how i was feeling because i was little jittery during the procedure and this shows how much they care about their patients.

The staff was on time and very friendly. We totally understood the process and how long it would take. We have a follow up appointment for last fitting tomorrow 2-7-14 . At this time there will be a prototype in wax of the final teeth. We will look at feel, color, size and they will make any final adjustments. After we are happy with these items the final plates will be made. The whole process has been very good one.

They're wonderful. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The dentist was very pleasant. Bedside manner was good.

Very pleased with both visits. For insurance reasons I was switching from a more traditional practice to a strip-shopping center practice and was a little wary. Both exams and cleanings were done as I experienced them at my former dentist's office. I did not get a pitch for additional cosmetic procedures that my insurance would not cover. My wife may be changing to Just Smiles also.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Their schedule was flexible and I was able to get an appointment at a time that was most convenient to me. The general cleaning was effortless and went smoothly. The dental assistant was pleasant and I felt like she did a very through job. The dentist was friendly and gentle. They recommended further dental work and were able to give me the exact cost of the procedure before even booking it.
