MARY AGREED TO DO THE WORK FROM A TELEPHONE CALL DESCRIBING WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. IT TOOK TWO DAYS FROM DELIVERY TO PICKUP FOR HER TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HER ESTIMATE AT DELIVERY WAS ABOUT A WEEK. HER PRICE WAS WITHIN THE RANGE THAT WE EXPECTED.
