Water Coolers
I have had their service for 4 months now and the last 2 months I have gotten a call saying sorry due to circumstances beyond their control, their driver is unable to deliver today...I put my bottles out before work and i don't exactly like leaving them out all day where anybody can take an empty...then to call after I have already left...then they say it will be the next day, which is also not true...last month it was due on a Friday, I received mine on Tuesday..,this morning they called again...so my bottles will probably sit outside for 5 days again...I have auto payment set up with them and trust me, they make sure they take that out on the due date...I expect my water delivered on the due date

Ice Mountain have excellent customer service and pricing. I signed a contract to lease their water cooler for a year so they don't charge me for it and the price of the water is less expensive than competitors.
