Today is 11/18 and no estimate. I have called three times and asked for the estimate. Each time I was assured that someone would get back to me and they have not. This is the most unprofessional company I have worked with and I would recommend to go somewhere else for service,

I contacted the provider initially and let them know I wanted to talk about the job. They got back with me the next day. When I emailed and had questions about the value of the coupon they clearly had some issues with it. My intention was just to have drywall done. I wanted to re-do my bathroom. They sent someone out to give me a quote for the entire job. They gave me a quote of over $1000.00 more than another quote I had received. Thereafter, it seemed they may have been dragging their feet. They did not call me. I emailed them and asked that they contact me a couple of times and they still have not contacted me to schedule. I purchased this deal on July 22, it is now August 21st. I feel that communication is an issue with this service provider.

They sent me an email saying they'd contact me on a certain day. I had to call them since they didn't do that. The bid was $1500 more than the other companies, not even including materials, even with the discount I'd bought. He insinuated Friday that it would probably take more than 40 man-hours, and when I got the bid, it was only discounted like $799. It's too expensive and I don't feel like it's an ethical deal. It was quite disappointing.

The results were exactly what I had hoped for. Although the job took longer than expected, I was outwardly relaxed about the timeframe for completion. I think this contractor should have made an attempt to draft a written contract with me for services. Also, the communication with the company should have been over email. There were also a few problems with my own personal tools being taken from the jobsite, but they have been returned and I can only assume it was an honest mistake. The main problem I had was their inability to dictate the actions of their employees. One employee smoked not just on my front porch, but inside my home! Although this was the construction site, it was also my home. This was unacceptable. In the end, I would go with them again, but I would get our agreement for services in writing first.

The company from owner to all empoyees was great to deal with. Super service and accessibility. Start time on somedays was in question but not a big issue. Worked within my budget and I'll be using them again.
