Mr. Williams came to the door precisely on time as promised. I showed him a list of what I wanted done and then walked him through the house and property to show him the various needs. He provided an estimate of the number of hours it would take along with his hourly rate. He overviewed which projects he would accomplish that day and assured that the timing and goals were acceptable. He then set to work, quietly and methodically and narrowed the list down 1 job at a time. Each day, he got further than expected. At the end of the work day, he walked me through what he had done, demonstrated how the area was after repair or enhancement. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what he had done. I always was. If parts were needed for a job, he obtained them from local stores. Larger items, such as ceiling fans he offered to pick up on his way to work or of course, left the option for me to get them. 

Terrific - way beyond my expectations for quality and speed,  and price way lower than I thought I might see.
