Be cautious about hiring Steve and Angie unless you have time and energy to watch over every detail of the work. Their attention to detail and follow up is lacking. Initial contact and design was great, and we LOVE the look we ended up with. The crew who came to do the work, worked hard. BUT - Not all the existing plant material was removed and came up in the spring and I had to dig it up; The area was not leveled well; The stepping stones were not installed level and now I am going to have to fix it. I did start contacting them weeks after the job, and now 7 months after the completion a crew returned, but left not completing the job. I cannot recommend Greentree Specialists - though again i like the owners, and the look we ended up with is lovely. For the money, I expected a more detail and finished product.

Greentree came out yesterday and trimmed 9 trees and completely weeded our entire property. We have large evergreens on either side of our yard and there is a ton of vegetation underneath. I had no idea what was a legitimate plant and what was a weed. We also have a stone patio that was completely overgrown with weeds as well as the other beds around our house. When they were finished, our trees looked great, and I had no idea that there were actually NO plants under those evergreens!! It was all weeds under there. This was actually the 3rd year that we have used Greentree and they have been fantastic every time. The teams that they send out are really good at what they do. They walked the property with me a couple of times so that I could check on the status of the work. When they were finished, they had me walk the property to see if there was anything that needed to be fixed or done more to my liking. I trust Steve and his family to take care of my trees and property and will continue to call them year after year.

it went very well!!! We had some errands to run and lunch to have and by the time we returned the job was all complete and no debris left. We were thrilled with the job done in the timeframe completed. Also, when considering this task, Steve was here in a timely manner to provide an estimate as he said he would. I will use them again!!!

Excellent! Angela surveyed job and provided price quote within 24 hours. Called to schedule work and was setup for very next day. Tyler and three crew members arrived 10 minutes early, cut tree down and removed all debris in about 15 minutes. Angela arrived with stump grinder. Entire job completed in exactly one hour. Cleanup was done quickly and meticulously. Angela and all crew members were friendly and professional. Angela was great at explaining everything they were doing from start to finish. We highly recommend GreenTree Inc. Specialists and will call them in the future.

Horribly. They removed 4-5 healthy limbs from the tree that created the privacy from neighbors and shade from western evening sun over a patio area in my back yard that I have cultivated and developed over 16 years as a sanctuary for quiet, reading and entertaining. The site looks naked now. There is no privacy from my neighbors or protection from the sun and will have to be completely re-landscaped. The only way to create privacy now will be with hard-scape- which I don't like. At the time of the estimate I specifically told Steve "Whatever you do, do not cut away these branches" as I touched the leaves that created our enclave. I spent time explaining to him the history I have with the area of the yard, that I bought the house in large part, because of this unique confluence of trees that created a private, natural sanctuary, I spent time showing him specifically the effect those branches and leaves created from the patio as well as the effect from the house. He verbalized that he understood and would not cut them away. I came home yesterday to find the limbs, not just the branches trimmed, but the entire limbs cut from the trunk! When I messaged Angie and Steve about this, they gave the excuse that their work truck was being towed, so they sent an employee, obviously unsupervised, who destroyed my tree and the joy and pleasure we derive from that one little sanctuary in my home. Simply put, do not trust this company with your property. They clearly have no business in this business as they and their employees do not respect clients wishes, investment or sentimental attachment to their home. In the past, I have used Davey or Wright and always have had good outcomes. For deadwood trimming, I've used other companies and never had issues- in fact usually, they leave a little more than I would like. We decided to give Steve and Angie an opportunity as we are committed to supporting small, local businesses. Unfortunately, we now will bear the loss of our family's most favorite place, where kids nap, host marshmallow roasts and we have wine and fireside chats and where I personally have my escape from everyday life. No amount of money can replace what this company has taken from us.

Very well! I was very impressed with the trimming and the clean up that they did. Steve climbed in the trees and trimmed them himself, which really impressed me. I will definitely have them come again.

I felt like my mom was taken advantage of and it hurt my mom because she was not trying to make trouble for anyone but I think someone should know.

I chose them because my neighbor vetted them out to do their work and they had good internet reviews. I asked for 2 Kwanzaan cherry trees in place of my old trees. They said no problem, and ultimately found 2 that would cost me $150 a piece. As a busy person, I accepted that price and gave the ok. Later I receive a call that they only found trees with bulbs now, so they would cost me $250. This seemed outrageous, and the 2nd major nursery I called said they had 5 for $60 a tree. So I called the co-owner Angie back, and she indicated that she was already in Dublin and would pick these up for me (2 miles from my house at most). I thought what great service that was and left it at that. I paid my bill by phone the night of service as I was at a meeting. When I got home, the service looked excellent. However, I found out later that they cut my lines for my invisible fence a month ago while working at my neighbor's house. They refused to pay the $81 bill for that damage. They said they are not responsible for cutting underground lines - yet it wasn't service for me AND they cut someone else's line that day! She caught it and made them repair on site - proving they ARE responsible. I even sent them a photo of how the damage was in my yard - that is where Angie stopped communicating with me. And then I reviewed the bill they left me - they UPCHARGED the trees by $20 more each and they charged a $100 DELIVERY FEE for those trees without telling me they would do that. I could've picked them up myself!!! Do not trust these people!!

They did an excellent job.  This is the third time I've had Greentree do work at our house.  Called for an estimate on Oct. 7.  Estimate was done that afternoon, and scheduled for Oct. 9.  Crew arrived on time and performed the work, including hedge removal, stumping, backfilling and cleanup efficiently and professionally.   Great job.  Will use them again in the Spring.

Great experience from start to finish. This is the second time we've had Greentree trim our trees, and they are great to work with. Steve responded promptly to our request for an estimate. Work was scheduled promptly. Crew arrived on time. They are very professional, friendly, experienced and heads-down workers. They asked us to check on progress periodically, to make sure that they were in sync with what we wanted. Great looking job front and back! Cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommend Greentree.

They came when the said they would, did a good and were nice to work with. I would hire them again.

They do a very nice job and maintain my yard very well.

Greentree was very responsive to our call and got the job done in a short period of time. They used triple processed mulch, and made certain to edge the garden beds with shovels so as not to damage the sprinkler system. All in all, a very good job but with significant 2 exceptions. One of the workers cut back our 4 hydrangeas nearly to the ground! A landscaping company should know how to attend to these unique flowers - it will be years before they grow back to their former height and start to blossom. Second, we were promised an azalea and quot;tomorrowand quot; to compensate us for the hydrangeas which never showed up.

They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with them and would use them again.

I think their service was fine. It's snow removal, so it's a little bit unpredictable and you can't control it and you're kind of at their mercy. If they decide to go out and plow whether you thought it was needed or not you really don't have much say so in it. They did a fair job and it was a fair experience, but I've actually moved on and I'm handling it a different way.

I had two dead small evergreen trees in my backyard. Everything, from the quote to the confirmation of work, was completed over the phone. I didn't even have to be there when the work was performed. They left the area clean and ground the stumps as requested. It was great to be able to handle everything over the phone and come home to the work performed as requested.

Greentree came at the time they committed to. They walked me through the progress of the job at hand. They kept me informed throughout the process. They cleaned up all the debris from the front and back yards. They were very professional. They did an excellent job.
