"I am very sorry this happened. Phil is one of the best climbers and tree trimmers in Columbus OH. The tree couldn't look better. It is a perfect trim job. He felt the limbs that were touching the ground would obviously need elevated for mowing purposes. He didn't realize when Steve told him to leave lowers that he also meant the ones touching the ground. We took responsibility for this mistake and did not charge [Member Name Removed]! So get charge of $750 was actually zero for her inconvenience! Thank you. Angie"
"We have worked with Mrs [Member Name Removed] for years. We always go above and beyond for her because she is older and needs the help. We did a lot of work for her for $500. We did go back and spray poison ivy again as we agreed we would do for her. There was a tree that we trimmed to Mrs Wheelers liking. Then the daughter called and said she wanted more off. Mrs [Member Name Removed] did not. It's kinda like playing tug of war with family members. It's difficult in this line of work. I decided to do what Mrs [Member Name Removed] wanted since she is the one paying the bill. Thanks Angie"
"I plowed for this customer twice. Both times 4-5 inches of snow fell on the ground so there was no doubt plowing had to be done. I'm not sure what being at the mercy of us is all about when you have that much snow on the ground and you are plowing so customers can get in the parking lot of your business. The contract for all commercial accounts is 2 or more inches and that's what is in all contracts not just ours. The only other charge is for salt and that is no surprise because it is a charge per pound which is also stated in the contract. As far as being on my order list, this client just called us in December which means they are last on my list when making my rounds. It is hard to plow when there are cars in the lot. All I can do is go around them unless the business is closed when I arrive then it is much easier to clear out all the snow. I work for a lot of big businesses in Columbus and have no complaints. I always do a really good job and do the work the way I would want someone else to do a job for me."
