Went really well, showed up on time, solved the problem. Showed me other areas on the appliance that could have been a problem. Very professional, very friendly.

We looked at the available comparable washers at our local appliance stores and were able to locate and acquire a new unit for less than it would have cost to repair the old washer that was leaking. Due to the technician's advise we were able to resolve our problem quickly and at a better price.

We later had another repair service come over and they fixed it. Very unimpressed with Gordon lack of assistance.
