Went great virtually no dust.

I called over a week ago to set up an appointment to get my carpets cleaned on 2/9 because I am moving out of my condo. My time slot was 11-2. They called at 9am to confirm the appointment and then at 1:40 called saying they wanted to reschedule due to the weather. I said I needed them that day because I had to turn my keys back in that night. All she said was that I could reschedule. She didn't get the point that I had to turn my keys in and she wasn't the least bit interested or concerned. I will never use this company and WILL tell my friends NOT to use them.

My carpet is dirty now, I hate to sit on it. They said they would send someone to come. They then said they would use my water to do the cleaning, I told them it wasn't as hot. I told them they should have let me know they didn't have the truck with them. I already had them scheduled to come clean my ducts. He didn't do much upstairs, and left everything as is. They said they would send someone out to finish upstairs, but they never came and never called. I tried calling them several times, spoke to them a few times.
